Project Description
El Seif has been awarded the main contract to design and build three residential complexes in three different areas in Jizan at Al Ardah, Al Dayer, and Al Tuwal. The scope of El Seif includes the detailed design, engineering procurement, construction, testing & commissioning of a total of 2,420 residential units including 347 apartment buildings, 414 villas, schools, male & female kinder gardens, sport clubs, mosques, clinics, shopping centers, recreational facilities, military police buildings, service buildings, administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops, petrol stations and others.
